**1. Description du Département**:
Il coordonne et soutient également plusieurs processus tels que le budget, la comparaison entre le budget et le réalisé, le suivi des impayés et le rapport CAPEX.
**2. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes**:
- Contribution à la collecte et au contrôle des livrables des services externes
- Participation à l'amélioration des contrôles des livrables et à l'évolution des outils impactés
- Participation au suivi de la performance et de la rentabilité des actifs immobiliers en Europe selon différents axes d'analyse et calcul de ratios
- Participation à la gestion et à l'animation de la relation et de la communication entre les Property Managers, les Asset Managers et les experts immobiliers
- Participation à la mise en place et au déploiement de reportings au niveau français et européen
- Participation au développement des outils de reportings
- Participation à des projets transversaux sur demande

**3. Quel profil recherchons-nous ?**
Formation/Niveau d'études : Bac+4 ou 5 - Diplôme en cours en finance, gestion, ingénierie ou immobilier et à la recherche d'une alternance
Compétences techniques:
- Anglais et français courant exigés (Ecrit et parlé)
- Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Maiîtrise d'outils informatiques (notamment Excel à niveau avancé)
Compétences relationnelles et comportementales:
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe dans un environnement international
- Autonomie, curiosité et orientation sur les résultats
- Bonne communication orale et écrite
Toute compétence ou expérience non indispensable mais qui serait un plus : Un stage ou une première expérience en immobilier, connaissance de la gestion de projet
