**Descriptif du poste**:
**Tes objectifs**:

- **30 jours**:

- Compréhension du produit : Acquérir une connaissance approfondie de Qobra, de l'entreprise et de la solution.
- Formation aux outils : Se familiariser avec les outils et la base de données clients, onboarding avec les équipes CSM et Sales.
- Observation des démonstrations : Assister à des démonstrations pour apprendre les meilleures pratiques.
- **60 jours**:

- Prise en charge des petites démos : Commencer à réaliser des démonstrations pour des opportunités moins complexes.
- Analyse des besoins clients : Participer aux réunions pour comprendre les besoins des clients potentiels.
- Maîtrise des argumentaires : Développer une compréhension approfondie des argumentaires de vente.
- Collecte de retours clients : Recueillir des retours clients et les transmettre à l'équipe produit.
- Création de processus : Contribuer à l'élaboration de processus et de méthodologies pour améliorer l'efficacité des pratiques Presales.
- **90 jours**:

- Autonomie dans les démonstrations : Être capable de mener des démonstrations de manière autonome.
- Soutien aux initiatives de vente : Apporter un soutien proactif à l'équipe de vente.
- Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe produit pour partager les retours clients.
- Formation continue : Participer à des formations pour rester à jour et partager les connaissances acquises.
- Création de contenu avancé : Développer du contenu de vente plus sophistiqué et adapté en fonction des Use Case.

**Mission & Responsabilités**:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Sales France et UK et les équipes techniques internes pour comprendre les besoins des clients et présenter efficacement nos solutions.
- Effectuer des démonstrations techniques personnalisées pour mettre en évidence la valeur ajoutée de Qobra.
- Fournir un support technique pendant le processus de vente, répondre aux questions des clients et résoudre les problèmes potentiels.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour s’assurer que les solutions proposées répondent aux exigences spécifiques des clients.
- Participer activement aux réunions de négociation et contribuer à l’élaboration de propositions commerciales.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe Product pour partager les commentaires des clients, influencer la Roadmap et favoriser l'adoption de Qobra.

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplôme d’ingénieur ou expérience équivalente.
- Expérience significative en tant qu’Ingénieur.e Commercial ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Excellentes compétences techniques, avec une compréhension approfondie de la Data.
- Fortes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de présenter de manière claire et convaincante.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière collaborative et à coordonner avec différentes équipes.
- Orientation client et aptitude à comprendre les besoins des clients pour proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Esprit d’initiative, proactivité et capacité à résoudre rapidement les problèmes.
- Une connaissance préalable des produits ou solutions Qobra serait un énorme atout.
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel, avec la capacité à manipuler des données complexes et à créer des analyses approfondies.
- Expérience pratique avec des outils tels que Salesforce, Slack, Modjo, Google Drive et d’autres solutions de collaboration
- Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable, la connaissance d'autres langues serait un réel atout.
