TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

L'opérateur de production II agit dans une organisation centrée sur la réalisation d'activités techniques liées à un mode opératoire/procédure, sur le périmètre qui lui est confié.
- Entretenir ses machines à un premier niveau de maintenance
- Réaliser l’opération de production
- S’assurer des moyens de contrôle adaptés, de leur validité et de leur conformité
- Contrôler dans le respect de la procédure d’auto-contrôle
- Trier, isoler et/ou reprendre les pièces non conformes si nécessaire
- Compter les pièces fabriquées à chaque fin d’OF et /ou équipe
- Conditionner les pièces (intéropérations)
- Saisir les phases dans les systèmes informatiques et/ou formulaires papiers
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue
- Selon ses compétences, il peut être amené à transmettre son savoir sur plusieurs postes.

Profil:

- Appétence pour la production industrielle.
- Notion en lecture de plan
