AXA IM Alts is a global leader in alternative investments with over €184 billion of assets under management comprising c.€85 billion of primarily private real estate, over €88 billion of private debt and alternative credit, as well as c.€11 billion in Infrastructure and private equity. **2. Description of the department**

The Client Service team acts, alongside with Sales teams, as a key interface with Alts' clients for all non-investment matters including reporting. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team on its day to day tasks and projects, with a specific focus on KYC/AML, data administration, and documents dissemination.

**3. The main responsibilities of the role**

Assist Client Service team in their day to day tasks, and in particular:

- Participate to the onboarding process of AIM Alts clients : set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools, etc...
- Monitor the delivery of the financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients
- Support any project aiming at improving the service (new services, improvement of operationnal efficiency, reduce operationnal risk...)

**4. Profile**

**Education/Qualifications**
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering or Real Estate

**Experience**
- Proven interest in real estate (any previous internship within asset management or with a focus on real estate would be considered as a plus)

**Competencies**
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
- Fluent in English
