As the Senior Executive Secretary located in Battle Creek, MI or Chicago, IL, you will use your advanced people and organizational skills to support Legal & Compliance operations and practice group leads. **Organizing **-We know you’re someone who likes lists so... calendar managing, administrative point person for practice group leads, travel arrangements (including international travel documentation), organizing department wide in person and teleconferencing/video conference meetings and events, onboarding new team members, travel and expense reporting, point person for department related requests to facilities, IT, etc.
Managing
- You will manage department mail and check requests, department budget activities and reporting, managing confidential information and materials, and occasionally, administrative point person for Kellogg leadership when present in the office.
**Communication **- You will be supporting Legal & Compliance is a snap, crackle and pop with the right people skills, come prepared to engage with our global team.

Required:
- High School Diploma and experience supporting senior management
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, interpersonal communications, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work on multiple priorities that sometimes conflict
- Ability to work with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds across the organization
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior management
