We are looking for a trainee for our Railway Infrastructure department.
In an international context, within the teams in charge of train maintenance machines (Depot Equipment), this mission is integrated within the framework of offers and projects in liaison and interface with all other entities of the railway environment. Your objective will be to develop solutions based on heavy or simpler machines to carry out train maintenance.
**You will be in charge of the following missions**:
Understand the customer's needs
Understand the maintenance plan of the train
Study the civil engineering interfaces between the machine and the maintenance building
Study the technical interfaces between the machine and the train.
Elaborate specifications for consultation of suppliers
Analyze the technical offers received from these suppliers
Understand the functioning of the machines proposed by the market as well as their capacity to perfectly carry out the required train maintenance operations.
To propose a solution of adapted maintenance machines as well as the associated tooling.
Participate in feedback consolidation activities.
**Your profile**:
General engineer or specialized in electromechanics, automation, electricity, or civil engineering.
Good approach to machine tools, electromechanics, sensor devices, information transmission and project management.
Ability to work in a team,
The position is based in Saint Ouen, near Paris for a period of 6 months, starting as soon as possible.
