**Your role**:
The role of the Inside Sales Apprentice for service contracts (Systems Service Reliance Plans) within Global Field Services team is to continually and consistently promote Systems Service Reliance Plans with customers owning one or several Biopharm systems. The geographical scope is mainly Europe.

The mission includes maintaining existing business and identifying new business opportunities, with the goal of increasing our market share and revenues.

As a member of the Global Field Service team, you will work closely with the local Sales Representatives to identify the customers' needs, goals, and/or challenges and to provide solutions to fulfil their needs through the proper positioning of system services, in particular Service Reliance Plans.

With products, services, partnership, and pricing questions you will increase the company's market presence, emphasize differentiation from our Life Science's department competitors and build upon the company's reputation for excellence.

**Who you are:
- You have completed a bachelor's degree in science (preferably in Biotechnology or Biochemistry)
- You are enrolled in a master program in Commercial area
- You have experience in a customer facing role (over phone and by mail)
- You are customer-focused and a strong communicator: have affinity to listen, influence and sell to all levels of an organization
- English and French mandatory, any other language is an asset
- You have good communication skills
- You are self-motivated with great autonomy
- You are curious, dynamic, pro-active, focused on continuous improvement.
