**OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION**:
We are looking for an apprentice for our Ethics & Compliance department. Your objectives will be to assist the Competition Law Team on some projects related to management of the competition law risk.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION**:
You will be in charge of the following missions:
- Monitoring implementation of the processes in place to mitigate competition law risk (reminders, follow up, monitoring of the safeguard measures put in place) ;
- Supporting Competition Law Director for complying with all antitrust regulations (Merger Control regulations, Foreign Subsidies Regulation etc.)
**PROFILE**:
Educational level: Master Law degree with specialization in competition law
Technical skills:
Fluent English
Behavioral skills:
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Organization and data management competencies.
- Problem-solving
- Ability to understand and handle complex legal and compliance issues.
- Willingness to take initiatives

Contract: 12 months, start as from September 2024
