La direction des Ressources Humaines ouvre une procédure de recrutement en CDI pour un poste de HRBP au sein du service Développement des Ressources Humaines.
CONDITIONS DE RECRUTEMENT
De formation Bac + 5 en Ressources Humaines, vous disposez d'une expérience de 5 ans à 8 ans dans une fonction similaire Une expérience en gestion de projets et en management est un plus
MISSION PRINCIPALE
**Management fonctionnel**: Piloter et animer la gestion des carrières et les évolutions professionnelles (revue de personnel, gestion des parcours professionnels avec les Managers, politique de mobilité)
**Accompagnement au changement**: Accompagner et conduire le changement et être un facilitateur au service des directions opérationnelles et des salariés Accompagner les Directions Métiers sur les enjeux de transformation de l’entreprise et des métiers
**Conseil, accompagnement et aide à la décision**: Conseiller et accompagner les managers dans la gestion des compétences de leurs collaborateurs et dans la définition de leurs besoins en termes de recrutements et mobilités Conseiller individuellement des collaborateurs sur leur évolution Définir et mettre en œuvre des outils de reporting
