L’activité Systèmes terrestres et aériens conçoit des systèmes, des équipements, des capteurs et des services pour le contrôle du trafic aérien civil et militaire, la défense aérienne ainsi que le combat naval et terrestre.

Le site de Rungis est idéalement situé à proximité de l’aéroport d’Orly. Site à l’architecture moderne, il compte aujourd’hui plus de 1000 collaborateurs travaillant pour nos trois domaines d’activité : les radars, le contrôle du trafic aérien et les systèmes d’armes avancés.

**QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?**
- Vous avez une expérience significative dans la **coordination **d’activités d’ingénierie, vous comprenez la nécessité et les enjeux de la **transformation de l’ingénierie **. « _Il est primordial de disposer des bons processus et les mettre en œuvre avec les bonnes pratiques outillées _» est une de vos citations favorites.
- Vous défendez l’importance de faire collaborer les différentes disciplines de l’ingénierie dans un processus favorisant le **co-engineering **(agilité, développement itératif/incrémental,).
- Vous comprenez les nouvelles façons de travailler (DevSafeSecOPS, CI/CD, Tests auto, Cloud,).
- Vous avez le **sens de l’écoute **, savez prendre du recul et être synthétique et vous êtes un bon communiquant sachant convaincre, votre **leadership **n’est plus à démontrer.
- Votre connaissance de Practices & Tools System / SW / HW est un plus.
- Vous êtes **mobile **sur les autres sites du groupe (Massy, Limours, Fleury Les Aubrais, Toulouse, La Ferté Saint Aubin).

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE**:
Le CC SIAM est un centre de compétence commun LAS France regroupant des disciplines de spécialité et les environnements d’ingénierie. Le CC SIAM travaille au profit des différentes BLs de la GBU LAS.

Les opérations du CC SIAM ont pour responsabilité de fournir les environnements d’ingénierie pour différentes BLs de LAS. La transformation des environnements d’ingénierie est un enjeu stratégique pour la GBU, c’est un levier pour améliorer la compétitivité de l’ingénierie, attirer et retenir les talents.

C’est dans ce contexte que le CC SIAM recherche un PDA E2 (Engineering Environment) qui sera en charge de définir la stratégie de transformation des environnements d’ingénierie répondant aux enjeux de l’ensemble des BLs de la GBU LAS. C’est un rôle central en interface direct avec la GBU et les différentes BLs.

Dans ce cadre vous aurez à:

- Être en **interface **avec les E2Ms et les HoDs/HoEDs des différentes BLs pour comprendre les besoins de transformation de chacune des BLs.
- Contribuer activement à la démarche LEWIS en tant que représentant officiel de la GBU LAS et de veiller à la bonne prise en compte des besoins de la GBU.
- Garder une **cohérence **au sein de la GBU et du groupe, votre mission sera donc d’écouter mais aussi de **challenger **les solutions afin de trouver le meilleur **compromis **.
- **Consolider **et **valider **les plans de déploiement dans les différentes BLs afin de garantir la cohérence avec la **roadmap **du Groupe.
- Effectuer des reporting au HoEO du CC SIAM et au GBU EM LAS.
- Pour ce faire vous vous appuierez sur les équipes « Engineering Environment Tools&Practices » du CC SIAM et des différentes BLs et en particulier sur les architectes E2 afin d’analyser et challenger les alternatives techniques.
