**Quelles seront tes missions au quotidien ?**:
La growth est un périmètre clé et hyper valorisé de la société, les membres de son équipe sont au centre de la stratégie de Reezocar.
Donc, si tu souhaites vivre une expérience dans une équipe Growth en travaillant à la fois sur des aspects de développement, de business, de marketing et de data, tu es au bon endroit
En tant que Growth Engineer, tu intégreras l’équipe Growth dont le rôle est de mettre en place des expériences pour améliorer l’ensemble les différentes métriques du parcours et funnel de Reezocar. Tu seras accompagné(e) par Sacha, directeur du digital, et tu auras l’occasion de découvrir différents aspects du développement et du webmarketing et business en collaborant avec nos développeurs Front et Back, nos UX managers, responsables acquisition, product managersLe management d’une équipe composé d’un ou plusieurs growth hacker est envisageable selon l’expérience. Tes missions concerneront notamment:
- La mise en place d’AB Tests sur notre site
- La création de scénarios d’automatisation
- Le développement d’expériences Growth
- Le suivi des données du parcours utilisateur
- La proposition de nouvelles expériences à mener
- Le suivi de la performance et des KPIs.
Tu l’as compris : ce job sera l’occasion pour toi de progresser dans des domaines hyper variés, de participer directement à la croissance de l’entreprise, et de constater au quotidien ton impact sur les chiffres de la société.
**Et toi, qui es-tu ?**:
- Tu as un master d’école d’ingénieur ou de commerce ou bien tu es un autodidact complet sur des sujets growth
- Tu disposes d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans
- Tu as une vraie appétence pour les chiffres, la data analyse ne te fais pas peur.
- Tu disposes d’un background technique solide: tu maîtrises un ou plusieurs langages et t’intéresses au web de façon générale
- Tu fais preuve d’une curiosité naturelle et tu souhaites développer des compétences sur des problématiques business: acqui, sales ops, marketing, projets transversaux
C’est un plus si tu as des bases en SQL et en utilisation d’API
