- Participate in Design monitoring and understand user knowledge and needs.
- Develop products and services in accordance with project briefs.
- Create an optimal user experience.
- Participate in user tests, evaluate the experience and suggest points for improvement.
- Work iteratively and collaboratively with project teams.
- Manage user tests.
- Manage projects and external service providers.
- Write Design briefs.
**Bring your competencies**:
- Bac+5 design specialty or equivalent acquired through experience
- Mastery of IT tools related to Design
- Ability to understand briefs
- Organizational/planning capacity
- View height, overall vision, ability to define orientations to anticipate developments in processes and tools
- Rigor and determination
- Creative spirit, autonomy, curiosity
- Good level of verbal and written communication and presentation
- Fluent English
