**Role Overview**
**We count on you for**:
- Develops the segment strategy for Hair Care (baseline business, geographical expansion, external growth, innovation, sustainability) and steers its deployment.
- Manages a pipeline of priority projects (aligned with the strategic plan) in close collaboration with R&I and Novecare strategy teams. Manages new product commercialization and market launches.
- Develops and implement the operational marketing plan for a global portfolio of Hair Care ingredients and solution (pricing, promotion tools, communication plan, supply chain, regulatory), working closely with support functions and regional business development managers.
- Acts as the Hair Care marketing leader for the Home & Personal Care team : performs market studies, trends analysis and prospective marketing. Collaborate closely with the Cleansing and Skin Care marketing leaders. Performs market intelligence of the Hair Care segment.
- Oversees the global pipeline of opportunities in the CRM (SFDC) and reports on business development progress globally for the Hair Care portfolio. Supports regional business development and sales teams in developing their opportunities pipelines.
**You will bring**:
- BS in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, or Marketing
- 10 years experience in B-to-B in chemicals for consumer care markets
- Specific experience in Hair Care ingredients and formulations is highly appreciated
- Experience in managing innovation projects internally and externally with customers
- Ability to manage projects in a global matrix environment, working with different cultures
- Strong communication skills, ability to create presentations, to build ingredients dossier and "story telling", to communicate marketing and technical information to a broad audience, to train the commercial teams on Hair Care market trends
