**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
Are you an experienced and forward-thinking actuary or quantitative expert with a passion for driving innovation and shaping the future of Cyber insurance? Join us as a Cyber Accumulation Modelling Leader and play a pivotal role in the strategic growth of Cyber insurance within AXA Group's global context.

About the Role: As the Cyber Accumulation Modelling Leader, you will be part of a team of 8 dedicated experts in actuarial activities, focusing on Cyber modelling, Liability modelling, and Reserving. Your daily activities will involve collaborating with a diverse range of experts across the Group, including Cyber underwriters, Claims handlers, Cybersecurity experts, Data analysts, and Pricing actuaries, to strengthen the Cyber Accumulation modelling activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the modelling and monitoring of Cyber insurance for the entire AXA Group.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the Cyber Accumulation model, integrating it into the Risk Appetite framework and the STEC Capital model.
- Overcome the challenges of limited historical claims data and the dynamic nature of Cyber risks through proactive Cyber R&D activities.
- Represent GRM P&C in the Cyber Center of Expertise and leverage expertise to enrich the Cyber model.
- Proactively engage with internal and external data sources to enhance the understanding and modelling of Cyber risks.
- Provide technical leadership to junior actuaries and lead exchanges with third-parties to generate value for AXA.

**Votre profil**:

- Academic background in actuarial science, quantitative field, or relevant discipline.
- 9+ years of experience with expertise in actuarial science, statistics, and risk theory.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to adapt communication to various stakeholders.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to incorporate inputs from other teams into informed decisions.
- Motivated, autonomous, proactive, with a clear and concise communication style.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and the ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
