**Job Description:
**Airbus Helicopters **is looking for a **PMO Korean Cooperation & Transverse Programs (f/m) **to join our Program Department based in **Marignane **, France.

**Your challenges**:
The operational PMO could perform Project/Programme Management activities on any of the following phases of a Project/Programme:

- Large and complex offer structuration, quotation, and post-offer Retex, requiring PMO activities
- Project/Program/Contract/Portfolio Set-Up
- Project/Program/Contract/Portfolio Execution
- Animates/Prepares and aligns with function representatives, the elements for PSP process under the control of Programme Director, to be formalised in Gallium tool.
- Validates with stakeholders the assumptions used for the PSP submission.
- Supports the set-up of the Project/Programme (using Project/Programme set-up standards cascaded from the Company/Directorate PMO Lead Function). In particular, he/she supports the elaboration of the Project Management Plan.
- Contributes to the construction of the baseline. In particular, he/she supports the Project/Programme Manager on the following activities:

- Defines project baseline and detailed project structures (scope of work -Work Package Sheets-, cost and organization breakdown structures), sufficient to support tracking of Programme and Project performance with respect to schedule, EVM, milestones, risk and opportunities management, cost (budget notification) and contract compliance

The PMO supports in all 5 Phases with the following actions:

- Collects necessary data
- Facilitates, reviews MG process
- Records and tracks actions
- Provides metrics to the team

**Your profile**:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Good communication skills
- AGILE process
- Fluent in English and French

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
