Vos interlocuteurs sont variés : managers, consultants, chargés d’affaires, experts, chefs de projet et bien évidemment les clients utilisateurs. Vous serez également amené à collaborer avec notre service Design & Project, pour assurer la passation des dossiers en vue de leur réalisation et mise en œuvre opérationnelle.

En accompagnement des consultants ou project managers, vous serez amené à intervenir en tant que Workplace Designer dans les phases de programmation, lors d’ateliers de co-conception et d’accompagnement au changement.

Les concepts que vous aurez créés, seront ensuite développés par nos équipes d’architectes d’intérieurs internes (Design & Project) ou par d’éventuels partenaires externes.

Vous participez aux principales missions:

- Les phases d’avant-vente et construction de nos propositions commerciales,
- L’animation d’ateliers créatifs, seul ou avec les consultants en Workplace Strategy
- Le développement de concepts architecturaux en ligne avec les attentes de nos clients,
- La constitution des brief architecturaux et planches d’ambiances,
- La revue et validation des projets architecturaux développés par nos équipes d’architectes d’intérieurs,
- la réalisation de test-fit, macro-zoning, étages courant et micro-zoning,
- la production ou coordination de prestataires nécessaires à la production des pièces graphiques et écrites nécessaires à la bonne réalisation de nos missions.

De formation supérieure Bac + 3 orientée en Design et Conception d’Espaces, vous justifiez de premières expériences en conception d’espaces de travail et d’espaces tertiaires.

Dynamique & enthousiaste, vous avez un bon sens commercial et un excellent relationnel.

Passionné par le terrain, vous possédez un réel talent de création et savez travailler en équipe tout en conservant une certaine autonomie dans la réalisation de vos missions.

Vous êtes à la fois à l’aise dans le travail de conception pur mais vous aimez aussi intervenir en atelier auprès des utilisateurs pour comprendre et recueillir leurs attentes.

Vous maîtrisez les outils propres à la production de pièces architecturales (AutoCad, sketch up, revit, In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) et faites preuve de capacités rédactionnelles.
