**Objective**

Assist the team in actions to maintain data quality, data governance and master data management initiatives on a day-to-day basis. He/She will take a hands-on approach of the data and work with the IS and business to assist projects day-to-day activities. Projects include NCD - Nissan Customer Database and ALPFA (Analytics Leading Platform For After-sales) a data analytics platform used for CRM communication.

**Main tasks & responsibilities**

1. Data quality - assist in investigations and corrections, coordination to implement correction plan for next year

2. Data governance - update the data dictionary for NCD with latest project changes

3. Assist in management of tools including ALPFA - data analytics tool for After-Sales, used for CRM communication activities, Contactability Dashboard

4. Monitor data usage to assist teams, share best practice trends in data use, and provide insight into how and where teams can use data to help in day-to-day decision-making.

5. Collaborate to ensure GDPR compliance and security of the data.

**Job requirements**
- Master degree in Engineering or Business related field is required.
- Data specialization is appreciated
- Process oriented
- Project management skills
- Cross functionality
- Operational excellence
- Experience in working with data, Machine Learning related projects is a plus.

**Technical skills**
- Knowledge of information technologies, standards, and best practices prevalent in data governance, data quality, and data privacy.
- Familiarity with data management principles & practices.
- Knowlege of SQL.
- Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical support teams to resolve data issues.

This is a **6-month internship** starting in **July 2024** and requires an Internship Agreement (Convention de Stage) provided by the school.
