**Description de la BU**:
Implantée sur 20 sites dans 10 pays, la Business Unit (BU) Instrumentation et Contrôle-Commande (I&C) est en croissance et regroupe près de 2000 collaborateurs.

Cette entité fournit aux exploitants nucléaires les moyens de contrôle et de pilotage dont ils ont besoin pour leurs réacteurs en activité ou en construction.

La BU I&C dispose d'une large et longue expérience puisqu'elle a installé plus de 300 systèmes d'instrumentation et de contrôle-commande sur des réacteurs de tous types dans le monde.

Les solutions offertes à ses clients vont des systèmes de contrôle-commande de sûreté aux systèmes de contrôle commande opérationnel, de l'instrumentation nucléaire aux simulateurs, de la conception d'interface Homme Machine à l'ingénierie des Facteurs Humains, de l'expertise internationale en ingénierie du contrôle-commande aux services de maintien en condition opérationnelle.

**Description de la mission**:
Rattaché hiérarchiquement au contrôleur financier de la BU I&C France, et en lien très étroit avec le/la Senior Project Manager et Project Managers du projet, il/elle assure un véritable rôle de business partner auprès des chefs de projet I&C et participe à déployer la culture de la performance. Il sera amené à travailler également sur d’autres projets en lien avec les projets VVER de la BU

Pour ce faire, le/la Contrôleur de gestion projet I&C assure:

- Le pilotage pour son périmètre de l'activité Cost Control et notamment les budgets, révisions budgétaires et PFR (Periodical Financial Review).
- La réalisation des arrêtés et reporting mensuels : contrôle du respect des engagements budgétaires et plan d'action pour revenir aux objectifs en cas d'écart
- Le support au cash management du projet : prévisions cash in/out et Operating Cash-Flow,
- La définition de la Cost Breakdown Structure en assurant le lien avec les autres équipes du Project Control (Planning, PMO, R&O) dans le but de disposer d'outils harmonisés et pertinents, en particulier pour soutenir l’activité commerciale au sein du projet,
- La mise en place des liens client/fournisseur Inter Company avec la BU I&C GmbH en prenant en compte les spécificités des Business Cases propres à SAP Ambition.
- La mise en œuvre en lien avec le PMO des outils de mesure de la performance économique au sein du projet (en particulier l'Earned Value) et leur appropriation par les équipes opérationnelles. Il supporte les équipes dans leurs analyses et les aide à la définition des plans d'actions en découlant,
- La préparation de la planification financière pluri annuelle (plans moyen et long terme, adéquation ressources/capacités) et la valorisation de l’impact des différents scénarios commerciaux.
- La gestion des interfaces entre la France et l’Allemagne afin de s’assurer de la bonne coordination des données financières et la consolidation du Projet aux bornes de l’I&C
- L’interface avec le cost control GmbH
- La gestion des interfaces avec les auditeurs pour son périmètre.
- La gestion des interfaces en support du SPM avec les partenaires des projets

**Profil**:

- 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en Contrôle de Grands Projets
- Expérience en Reporting et analyse de coûts
- Expérience en gestion de projets à Long Terme avec un schéma comptable de dégagement du CA à l’avancement en lien avec l’EVM
- Motivé et capable de travailler en autonomie
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Capacité à organiser et prioriser
- Capacité d'adaptation aux changements de priorités du projet
- Expérience en management d’équipe multi-régions
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques standards (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Maitrise de SAP Ambition, notamment les spécificités des liens Intra-Groupe entre différents Business Cases
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
