**Sales Assistant - Full Time - Boutique ParisRue Royale**:
ABOUT THE JOB
For our store in Milan
- Corso Buenos Aires, we are looking for a sales assistant responsible for sales, customer service, promotion of brand image and support in luxury and fashion boutique operation.
**Main duties**:
Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;
Manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
Approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;
Develop enduring relationships with clients;
Maximise sales for the Boutique;
Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
Handle returns of merchandise;
Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
Support the team on the general operations of the Patrizia Pepe Boutique;
Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
Operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates.
ABOUT YOU
**We are excited about you if you have**:
Fluency in English (written & spoken) is essential;
3-5 years of Retail or service industry experience;
Ability to understand and advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;
Great customer service skills and problem-solving;
Good standard of numeracy;
Strong organisational skills;
Dynamic and creative.
