En rejoignant l’équipe Marketing de notre filiale, vous participez activement aux projets proactifs et au brief clients.

Votre tuteur, Hair Care Marketing Director sera en charge de vous accompagner et développer vos compétences tout au long de votre alternance.

**Key Responsabilities**:
Trends spotting to identify new consumer needs = be sensitive to hair care products

Build the category fundamentals (brand analysis, market review)

Analyse the market data = be data driven

Development of presentations alongside fragrance development team, consumer insight managers and sales

Create compelling visuals and moodboards to support fragrance submissions

Partner with the creation & development team to build insightful olfactive review

Supporting the marketing director on varied topics and themes, leading to proactive projects (including consumer insights & innovation new launches)

Build the online platform internally (dedicated to the category) by selecting & publishing the most relevant content for the Hair Care category = be digitally savy / communication skills

**We value**:
Marketing or Business degree, MBA profile

Background in Cosmetics & Fragrances

Marketing acumen and data-driven

**Project management**: Excellent organisational, time-management, multi-tasking, problem-solving and follow-up skills with attention to detail

Comfortable to work in pluri-disciplinary, cross functional & global teams

Good communication skills

Creativity and proactivity

Initiative-taking, dynamism and curiosity

Master Pack office (Excel, PPT, Word)

Fluency in English
