En tant qu'athlète de l'arrière-boutique (associé du magasin), votre rôle est crucial pour le bon fonctionnement du magasin. Vous vous concentrerez sur le stock et le processus. Responsable de l'efficacité de la livraison, en veillant à ce que toutes les marchandises soient reçues avec précision et traitées conformément aux normes de l'entreprise et au contrôle des profits et des pertes. Vous traiterez efficacement les stocks pour vous assurer que l'environnement de l'arrière-boutique reflète l'énergie, la passion et l'innovation uniques que nos consommateurs ressentent dans l'atelier.

Responsabilités
- Utiliser les compétences opérationnelles et d'arrière-boutique du magasin, y compris la politique et les procédures de santé et de sécurité, le flux de stock et la prévention des pertes, la gestion des produits,
- Fournir et maintenir des normes de stockage exceptionnelles à chaque instant
- Comprendre les rapports internes, traiter les mouvements de produits à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du magasin
- Audit des stocks en magasin par le biais de processus internes
- Identifier les problèmes et les opportunités en fonction de la planification des stocks et de l'espace
- Aider à coordonner le travail des autres associés
- Rechercher une formation et une éducation continues pour développer davantage l'expertise
- Expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l'arrière-boutique et/ou de la vente au détail, de préférence
- Une passion démontrable pour la marque Nike
- Capable d'effectuer des calculs de base
- Capable de communiquer efficacement à l'oral et à l'écrit en anglais
- Capable d'accomplir plusieurs tâches dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Capable de travailler efficacement seul ou avec d'autres personnes dans un environnement axé sur le travail d'équipe et d'assurer une excellente communication.
- Capable de travailler avec des tâches orientées vers le temps
