We have an excellent opportunity for a Staff Engineer, AI to join our team in Stryker Imascap.

This is a hybrid position with very flexible working conditions and a competitive remunerative package.

**What you will do**:

- Develop, train and integrate CT scanner segmentation, classification, shape prediction models with our clinical experts
- Exploring patent opportunities within our products

**What you will need**:

- Be pro-active
- Master's or Ph.D degree or in software engineering / computer science or related discipline
- 5+ experience in iterative development experience including ideation, development, integration, testing and deployment
- Strong experience in C++ development (modern version, C++11, C++14, C++17, e.g. lambda, regex) using libraries for image processing, mesh processing and 3D visualization
- Experience in development supported by CI/CD, git, gitlab/github/jenkins and management of data versions based for example on dvc
- Knowledge of Python, PyTorch and/or AWS
- Knowledge of deep learning for classification, segmentation (ResNet18, UNet...)
- Strong experience in Python, PyTorch (or other framework), possibly on AWS (or other platform)

**Bonus points**
- Development experience on a code base greater than 50k lines, multiple repositories and multiple branches
- Knowledge of deep learning models for mesh and point clouds segmentation or pose estimation

- Our technical stack: C++, clang/gcc/MSVC compiler, git, gitlab, Redmine, PyTorch, ITK+DICOM gdcm, VTK
- Source control, one-step build, bug database, controlled requirements and roadmap, dedicated test team, app usability assessed by surgeons
