**\uD83C\uDFAF Nous rejoindre en tant que Staff Frontend Engineer chez Pretto
Depuis 2017 nous construisons des outils et des algorithmes pour rendre le crédit immobilier plus simple, moins stressant et plus accessible. Au fur et à mesure des années nous avons créé de nouveaux services et fait grossir notre équipe en conséquence avec une règle d'or : responsabiliser au maximum chaque individu et chaque équipe. En ayant des scopes bien définis, chaque collaborateur peut à la fois mieux appréhender les besoins des utilisateurs et les contraintes techniques inhérentes au métier.

L'objectif est de garder ce fonctionnement mais d’y ajouter une colonne vertébrale à l'ensemble : toi.

Tu aura pour responsabilité de faire progresser techniquement les équipes et de les aider à construire des produits de qualité. Tu as un rôle clef, en travaillant de manière transverse sur tous les sujets et tu portes la vision long terme du Frontend chez Pretto.

Tu es l’expert technique qui aide les équipes à prendre les bonnes décisions.

Tu ne t’occupe pas du management humain des équipes.

**\uD83C\uDF1F Tes missions**:

- Construction de la vision et la stratégie de la tech sur l'ensemble du Frontend,
- Participation à la conception des produits avec un regard particulier sur la faisabilité tech,
- Mise en place et maintien d'une architecture solide et pérenne,
- Coordination et priorisation des sujets techs avec les différentes équipes tech et produit,
- Encadrement technique des devs sur la partie Frontend,
- Animation de la formation continue et évangélisation,
- Review de code,
- Evaluation technique des devs front interviewés.

**\uD83D\uDC6B Ton profil**:

- Au moins 6 ans d'expérience en développement Frontend, à gérer des problématiques de scale sur un produit web et des SPA,
- Adéquation avec les valeurs de l'entreprise et de l'équipe : Humilité, Bienveillance, Exigence, Responsabilité,
- Bonne curiosité et culture technique, auto-formation: nous recrutons un référent pour l’entreprise sur ces sujets,
- Connaissances sur notre stack : Typescript, Javascript, React, Vue, ReactNative, Gatsby, Netlify, Expo, etc,
- Connaissance Frontend connexes: SEO, performances web et mobile, CI et tests E2E, etc,
- Volonté de partager des connaissances et de faire progresser les autres,
- Tu apportes de l’importance à la qualité et à l’expérience utilisateur.
