The standard-cell development engineer is improving the design of logical libraries (architecture, schematic, Layout), from the creation to release of all the vital views : Including PnR (Placement and Routing), timing analysis and any others analysis done at a SoC level. (noise, IR...)

**The position is located in ARM Sophia-Antipolis.**

**Responsibilities**:

- You will take part of all the different stages of cell development:

- Transistor level design (schematic and layout)
- Characterization.
- Generate all the views supported by our Physical-IP product line.
- Validation of the views generated in the different flows of the industry.
- You will actively collaborate with design-automation, source-team, eda-vendor, to improve our methods and products.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- You are dynamic, curious, and motivated to develop yourself
- You have an engineering diploma or university degree(s) in Electronic Engineering, or thesis in the fields of micro-electronics. Other profiles can be considered in case of significant experience.
- You have knowledge or are interested in the Standard-cell usage,
- You like script/programming to automate the task you are working on.
- You demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
