**Deine Aufgaben**
Du hast Lust auf eCommerce und willst eine wichtige Rolle in unserem eCommerce Solution Stack spielen? Dann bist Du bei uns richtig Wir suchen einen eCommerce Solution Owner w/m/d, der die End-to-End-Verantwortung für eine Lösung oder einen Bereich übernimmt. Das heißt, Du kümmerst Dich um alles, was mit der Bereitstellung, Entwicklung, Kommunikation, Schulung und Dokumentation dieser Lösung zu tun hat. Du behältst den Überblick über verschiedene Tools oder Prozesse, die zusammen eine komplette Lösung für unsere Kunden ergeben. Dein Ziel ist es, die Lösung immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten und die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden zu gewährleisten. Außerdem treibst Du Innovationen voran und sorgst dafür, dass alle Weiterentwicklungen reibungslos in Computacenter integriert werden.

Als eCommerce Solution Owner w/m/d
- holst Du Dir aktiv Informationen und Feedback zur Lösung ein und hast ein Auge auf die relevanten Trends auf dem Markt.
- entwickelst Du die Lösung weiter und erstellst eine Roadmap für die geplanten neuen Funktionen.
- bist Du der erste Ansprechpartner und Experte für die Lösung und ihre Weiterentwicklung.
- verstehst Du die Geschäftsanforderungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Lösung und formulierst sie klar und verständlich.
- überprüfst Du die Leistung der von Dir betreuten Lösung.
- koordinierst Du die Aktivitäten der beteiligten Geschäftsbereiche bei größeren Einführungsprojekten.
- unterstützt Du Kundensituationen in Bezug auf Deine spezifische Lösung während des gesamten Lebenszyklus (Design, Implementierung, In-Life).
- nimmst Du an Besprechungen mit dem Vertrieb und dem Management teil, um Deine Lösung vorzustellen.
- stellst Du sicher, dass andere Geschäftsbereiche gemäß dem Betriebsmodell der Gruppe arbeiten und pflegst produktive Beziehungen zu internen und externen Ansprechpartnern.
- bist Du für ein effektives Eskalationsmanagement verantwortlich.
- identifizierst Du kritische Punkte für den zukünftigen Geschäftserfolg und lieferst Analysen und Empfehlungen an das Senior Management für größere Veränderungen.

**Dein Profil**
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce und bist immer auf dem neuesten Stand der Entwicklungen.
- Du kennst Dich nicht nur mit den Technologien aus, sondern bist auch ein Experte für die kaufmännischen Prozesse.
- Dein umfangreiches Wissen über die IT-Branche hilft Dir, die speziellen Anforderungen unserer Kunden besser zu verstehen und Deine guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten unterstreichen Dein professionelles Auftreten.
- Du bist hochmotiviert, zielstrebig und umsetzungsstark und arbeitest gerne in internationalen Teams.
- Komplexität macht Dir nichts aus, denn durch Deine Projektmanagementfähigkeiten behältst Du jederzeit den Überblick und die volle Kontrolle.
