You support our team as
HR Apprentice (f/m/d)
**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and integration**: recruit, establish apprentices and trainees contracts, integrate and manage the site's interns and apprentices.
**HR project management**: carry out various projects such as digitizing personnel files, creating a guide for management, revising classifications, setting up an individual training passport, writing department procedures.
**Communication and employer branding**: develop internal communication in partnership with the HR team, organize various internal events.
**Personnel administration and payroll**: check and make modifications in the GTA (Kélio), establish inputs/outputs/contract changes on the Payroll ERP (ADP), manage payroll variables.
**Other**: establish HR reporting for the site, create various certificates, manage grant files.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor or HR Master Degree
First HR experience
English is a plus
