**ROLE**:
You will be part of the technical department, with a particular focus on assisting terminals and project teams in the maintenance of handling equipment in CMA CGM Group terminals.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Key elements of the role are**:
- Benchmark preventive and predictive maintenance programs for container handling equipment within CMA terminals.
- Develop and implement a standard maintenance program for the equipment.
- Assist terminals in integrating this program into the terminal's asset management systems.
- Technical support to CMATH projects and CMA CGM Group terminals on equipment related issues.
- Development of technical specifications for new equipment.
- Benchmark and qualify new technologies to optimize efficiency, safety and performance of terminal equipment. - Implementing and managing the proof of concept of new systems (stack profiling, anti-collision systems, driver assistance, etc.) on terminals.
- Conducting on-site technical audits
- Promote and implement best work practices
- Coordination with the HSE team

- Ability to write technical specifications
- Ability to challenge terminal specifications and propose innovative solutions
- Able to evaluate the return on investment of technical solutions.

**EXPERIENCE**:
- Cross cultural awareness and general knowledge of an industrial environment required.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
