Under the creative direction of Sarah Burton, the house produces critically acclaimed collections, driven by unparalleled vision and respect for craftsmanship. Burton was made Head of Design for womenswear in 2000 and was appointed Creative Director in 2010. The luxury brand was founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. Among the greatest fashion designers of his time, the legacy of his work lives on.

Alexander McQueen est à la recherche d'un(e) conseiller(ère)s de vente senior afin de rejoindre son équipe au sein des Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. C’est une fantastique opportunité au sein d’une Maison de couture en pleine croissance.
Vos missions
Produit
Développer une solide connaissance de l’histoire de la maison Alexander McQueen et de son patrimoine
Démontrer d’une excellente connaissance des produits
Veiller à la bonne tenue de la surface de vente et de la boutique conformément aux normes de présentations visuelles de la maison Alexander McQueen et du groupe.
S’assurer de la bonne présentation des produits dans le but de convaincre la clientèle : story telling
Communication
Fournir un service exceptionnel à la clientèle en les accueillant selon les guidelines Alexander McQueen, en leur offrant des conseils personnalisés en fonction de leurs demandes et besoins
Favoriser la communication entre les membres de l’équipe et la clientèle
Performance
Atteindre ou dépasser ses objectifs de ventes tant au niveau individuel que ceux définis pour le département et pour la boutique
Réaliser ses objectifs KPI
Participer au service de retouche : prise de mesures, ajustements, gestion des réservations des clients, commandes et réception des articles
Posséder une bonne connaissance et maîtrise de ses stocks
Effectuer les encaissements et tenir la caisse
Appliquer les procédures CRM pour développer le fichier clients de la boutique
Vous êtes / Vous avez
Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie au sein d'une Maison de mode
Ambassadeur de la maison et de ses valeurs
Des connaissances produits et techniques de vente
Passionné par la mode et l’univers du luxe
Une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, troisième langue appréciée
Une bonne présentation, bonne élocution
Le sens du service et de la persuasion
La maîtrise des codes du luxe
Le goût du travail en équipe
