**Kubota Research and Development Europe**, récemment installé à Crépy-en-Valois, est un centre de Recherche & de Développement **unique en France** dédié au tracteur agricole offrant la possibilité de concevoir, d’assembler, de réaliser des essais sur banc et sur piste, le tout sur un site de 30 hectares.
Le tracteur est une machine technologique combinant les énergies mécaniques, hydrauliques, électriques et pneumatiques qui contribue à assurer la production alimentaire.
Notre mission est d’étendre notre présence sur le marché Européen afin de développer et commercialiser rapidement des produits qui répondent **aux besoins des agriculteurs** en leur proposant des tracteurs **innovants et intuitifs.**
Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons **un Ingénieur Principal Architect Mécanique** qui dirigera toutes les activités d'ingénierie pour les projets afin d'atteindre les objectifs de QCD.
**Vos missions seront les suivantes**:
- Traduire les exigences des clients et les exigences réglementaires en spécifications d'ingénierie.
- Transférer les spécifications cibles à l'équipe R&D, et définir avec elle les plans d'exécution dans une approche Qualité Coût Délais.
- Définir l'intégration des modules et l'architecture du produit.
- Vérifier l'état d'avancement de la conception par la revue de conception, et diriger le DR.
- Vérifier la qualité de la conception et le coût des pièces avec les chefs d'équipe, les concepteurs et les dessinateurs en R&D et CE, et suivre le coût cible/réel du produit.
- Gérer l'intégration finale des modules.
- Gérer les problèmes de conception, et mener l'analyse des causes profondes et les propositions de contre-mesures avec les équipes de R&D et de CE.
- Gérer la configuration et la Nomenclature (BOM)
- Réaliser la documentation pour justifier l'architecture de la plateforme.
- Contrôler les performances du tracteur avec les ingénieurs système du tracteur.
- Rapporter l'état d'avancement des activités décrites ci-dessus 1,2,3 au PM selon sa demande.
- Soutenir le chef de projet pour la documentation des étapes et les rapports nécessaires.
**Connaissance requises**:
- Ingénierie des systèmes et de la gestion des exigences.
- Architecture et conception mécanique.
- Hydraulique et électricité.
- Logiciel de CAO (CATIA) et PLM (ENOVIA).
