Notre Directeur Qualité Process et Risque, recherche son **Projet Management Officer (H/F) (PMO) **pour une création de poste en CDI à pourvoir dès que possible afin d’assurer la **coordination et le soutien aux différentes équipes de projet.**

Afin de garantir l’efficacité opérationnelle et la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques au sein de l’entreprise, vous aurez comme principales missions:

- Animer le **processus collaboratif** de sélection, de **priorisation** et de **supervision** de **projets** et réaliser des **arbitrages** si cela est nécessaire
- Réaliser les **études d’impact** et identifier les **risques** pour chaque projet
- Être le garant du **suivi** de chaque **projet** et de l’**affectation des ressources **tant financier qu’humain
- Réaliser ainsi le **reporting d’avancement** de chaque projet, le suivi budgétaire et les risques
- **Centraliser les informations** dans le but de **fluidifier** et de **faciliter** les **échanges** entre les parties prenantes
- Accompagner les équipes projets afin de **développer leurs compétences** en matière de conduite de projet
- ** Identifier** les problèmes et soutenir les équipes dans la **résolution des problèmes** dans le but de **faciliter** le déploiement des projets
- Elaborer et piloter les **plans de conduite du changement** et s’assurer de la communication et de la formation
- Participer à l'**identification des opportunités d'amélioration **des processus et des méthodologies de gestion de projet.
- Mettre en œuvre une **méthodologie et des outils communs** pour la gestion et le pilotage des projets de l’entreprise.
- Vous possédez une formation de type diplôme Universitaire en Gestion de Projet ou équivalent et possédez une **expérience** d’au moins **5 ans en tant que PMO**.
- Vous possédez des connaissances approfondies des méthodologies de gestion de projet en mode **agile**.
- Vous avez des connaissances sur les **outils de gestion de projet** qui vous permettront d’optimiser au mieux les projets.
- Votre **organisation** et votre **sens du relationnel** ont facilité votre capacité à travailler sur de **nombreux sujets simultanément** et à collaborer efficacement avec **différentes équipes**.
- Votre **communication écrite et orale** et votre **sens du service** sont vos atouts indéniables.
- Enfin votre **sens de l’analyse** et de **résolution de problèmes** ont fait leurs preuves dans vos expériences précédentes.
