Customer Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Advisor for our Cannes Boutique, who will actively contribute to the organization and support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.

The main responsibilities are:

- Create a relationship with customers through the implementation of the Brand Presentation, focus on personalized customer experience in line with the brand philosophy.
- Contribute to the achievement of the store's business objectives and individual objectives, through the sales sale ceremony.
- Ensure high standards are maintained through proper implementation of visual guidelines.
- Enriching one's presence in the Boutique through a careful interpretation of the Herno style, guaranteeing the team and oneself continuous updating on products and new collections.
- Ensure compliance with retail operating procedures and guidelines provided by headquarters.
- Maintaining sales floor and visual display to a high standard in line with brand guidelines.
- Consolidate and develop the CRM activity, aimed at customer loyalty.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer problems by suggesting optimal solutions.

**Profile**:

- The ideal profile has a deep understanding of the fashion industry and the luxury sector and has a passion, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
