- Participates to the definition of design
- Ensures the definition of structures dimensioning hypothesis based on existing rules or the definition of new guidelines
- Carry-out the standard simulations (FE calculations) for the Pre-Project and Projects : evaluation by simulation of the structures dimensioning in order to meet the criteria
- Analysis and interpretation of calculation results, writing of calculation reports
- Ensures the presentation and argumentation of the results to the customer
- Writing specifications and follow-up of test benches. Analysis and interpretation of tests.
**Mechanical engineer, knowledge in materials behavior is an asset**:
- Experience in structural calculations using the Finite Elements method
- Relevant experience in calculations of welded structures and fatigue of assemblies (2 to 3 years)
- Practice of structural calculation software (HYPERWORKS, ANSYS )
- Structural calculations in linear and non-linear static analysis
- Vibration analysis
- Knowledge of thermomechanical simulation (would be appreciated)
- Knowledge of dynamic calculations of structures (would be appreciated)
