**Continuous Improvement Apprentice**

**Main activities**:

- Create multiple food recipes comprising natural extracts and flavors
- Study and understand the behavior of natural extracts in different recipes
- Propose and perform experimental designs
- Put in place stability studies and follow-up by performing oxidation analysis, color measurements, physico-chemical analysis and technical tastings
- Create new standard recipes
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the manager
- Summarize and communicate results

**Your Profile includes**:

- Pursue a bachelor's or master's degree in food science or food chemistry (BAC+5)
- Good scientific skills: food formulations, design of experiments, some knowledge about natural extracts, analytical physico-chemistry experiences or about oxidation of fat
- PC-based computing experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Ability to taste and work with strong smells and tastes
- Demonstrated curiosity in the field of science and technology
