**THE ROLE **:
As part of the Finance Department, you will be responsible for studying, monitoring and forecasting margins and volumes for the Group's marine business. You will have a particular focus on evaluating and improving the tool used for this project.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Our team is in charge of estimating in real time, on the basis of the data we have available, the volumes and margins of upcoming ship departures. You will take part in all these missions, accompanied by our team of experts.
More specifically, you will build a ship's profile based on past and current data, so as to be able to calculate an estimate for the future with a reduced data sample.
In addition, you will produce regular statistics on the gap between our estimates and actual data, to identify where we can improve.
Your mission will also focus on the evaluation and continuous improvement of our digital tools.
**PROFILE AND SKILLS**:
As a student in Engineering, International Business, Transport or Logistics, you have a Data Science background.
You have a very good command of IT and office automation tools, particularly Excel, and can handle figures with agility.
More specifically, you are familiar with the notion of clustering and/or mass data analysis, which you will use to carry out this mission.
Your interpersonal skills, sense of anticipation, responsiveness and analytical abilities will enable you to successfully carry out the missions of this position.
