We are looking for an Accounting Coordinator based in Reichstett premises. He/She will be in charge of monthly and annual financial situations, establishing annual accounts, establishing and providing tax declarations, following up social accounting data.
**Your Mission**:
- **In charge of monthly and annual financial situations in French accounting standards and IFRS**
Organization of monthly closings
Distribution of work within the accounting team
Preparation of monthly closings: review of ongoing files, risks, etc
Preparation of internal and external summary meetings (auditors)
- **Establishment of annual accounts**
(balance sheet, income statement, annexes, tax return for the legal entity as well as its German commercial branch
- **Establishment and transmission of tax declarations**
Local taxes (CET, property tax), ORGANIC, COREM, TVS
Foreign VAT
- **Follow-up of social accounting data**
Monthly payroll interface,
Monthly declarations to social organizations (DUCS)
**Ad hoc studies and analyzes within the framework of internal projects**
**Your Profile**:
- Bac +4 training in Management/Finance (DCG, Master CCA/DCG/DSCG, business school, etc.),
- Solid experience of 3 to 5 years in accounting, ideally with experience in the industrial sector or in an accounting firm
- English mandatory - German would be a plus
- Knowledge of office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel
