We are looking for a talented professional to fill the position of Government Affairs and Public Policy Manager.

**Missions**
- Work closely with the Vice-President for Government Affairs and Public Policy to define and execute government affairs strategies to support business objectives at French and European levels.
- Contribute to building a trusted relationship between Criteo and relevant stakeholders (Government, elected officials, regulators, trade associations).
- Facilitate meetings between Criteo’s executives and policy makers and industry decision makers.
- Monitor relevant regulatory, policy and political developments, assess their impact on the company’s and deliver analyses to the key internal stakeholders.
- Draft position papers and design other relevant materials on core policy and regulatory issues, by working across functions to ensure alignment between business objectives and the government affairs strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (legal, public policy) or equivalent practical experience in government affairs, political and/or advocacy campaigns.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- A deep knowledge of the political and institutional dynamics at French and EU levels gained by working with policy makers and regulatory bodies at French and/or EU levels.
- Background in data protection, digital, online advertising, artificial intelligence or competition policies a strong plus.
- Ability to write and translate complex issues into a language suitable for either technical or non-technical audiences and to communicate impactfully in person and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and to reassess priorities.
- Political, analytical, communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Team player with can-do attitude, willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly and in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent command of English and French.
