As a senior member of the Creative and Marketing Team, you’ll play an essential role in coordinating and delivering high-impact events that showcase our brand and services. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in every step of the event process—from concept and planning through to execution and follow-up—ensuring that all events are flawlessly delivered and aligned with both our brand values and commercial objectives.
Working as the core events lead within a multi-skilled team, you’ll use your exceptional communication skills to ensure that events are seamlessly integrated into the marketing and commercial strategies. You’ll proactively keep key stakeholders up to date throughout the entire event process, ensuring clear communication at every stage. Your excellent organisational skills will help you manage logistics, oversee budgets, and ensure that every event runs smoothly. A key focus will be on tracking and optimising ROI, ensuring that every event delivers measurable results that support business growth. With your strategic mindset and deep understanding of the events landscape, you’ll also bring fresh ideas to enhance audience engagement, drive brand activation, and support our sustainability goals.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers alike, at all levels of seniority.
- You’re highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
- You’re a supportive team player who, while self-motivated and independent, enjoys collaborating with others.
- You’re hands-on and comfortable managing the end-to-end logistics of in-house events, as well as working with agencies and external suppliers.
- You have experience in budget management and project management, ensuring events are delivered within scope, on budget, and with measurable ROI.
- You understand how events fit into the broader marketing strategy and can ensure creative and communication alignment.
- You’re passionate about sustainability and keen to suggest new ideas for incorporating eco-friendly practices into event planning.
- You have a commercial mindset, with fresh ideas for driving audience engagement, improving data capture, and enhancing brand activation at events.
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- At least 5 years’ experience in event production, ideally in the yachting or luxury sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and logístical skills, with the ability to manage events end-to-end
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and handling (and reporting on) large budgets
- Results focused with an emphasis on clear ROI tracking
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
- Basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is a plus
- Willingness to travel for events as required
