**Your mission**
- The HRBP will be responsible for supporting and executing all the projects and activities that will be designed for the designated Business Unit by working in collaboration with the rest of the People Business Partners, the Local HR Managers, the CoE, and the BU Senior Leadership.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Establishing a true strategic partnership with the Senior Leadership of the Business Units you are looking after as you will be accountable for creating and driving elements of the people strategy for your area of responsibility.
- Continuously working with managers across the business to support and drive all people-related processes, topics, and priorities.
- Using your energy, HR expertise, and business acumen to establish a trusted partnership with a diverse set of business leaders, coaching, advising, and supporting them with their people plans that include but are not limited to: performance management, org design, employee engagement, communications, and change management.
- Adopting accountability for completing together with the L&TD team the talent planning, succession, and similar processes that drive the people strategy with high quality and integrity.
- Partnering with leaders to develop our leadership capability and skills needed for our future success.
- Cooperating closely with the HR Centres of Expertise (CoE) to resolve complex and challenging problems through innovative and agile thinking.
- Managing bonus and merit process, ensuring recognition and reward attracts and retains the best.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Executing HR reports and KPIs.

**What do we need from you?**:

- Strong skills in regard to stakeholder management - speaking the same language as the global stakeholders from various business units, locations, or departments.
- Passionate about project management and strong interest (but also some experience) in managing global HR projects.
- Being a people person who brings high-level communication skills.
