**OBJECTIF DU POSTE**:
Sous la responsabilité de l’IS&T Engineering Lead Architect, vous serez responsable de la stratégie et de l'architecture du portefeuille l’ingénierie system et des solutions d'Alstom qui soutiennent les processus. Et vous agirez comme un pilier du PLM afin d’assurer la cohérence globale.

**MISSION**:

- Assurer l'alignement avec les processus end to end des Métiers pour les solutions d'ingénierie system.
- Définir et maintenir la stratégie et la feuille de route des solutions à long terme (+3 ans), en alignant:

- Les enjeux stratégiques de l'entreprise, la vision et la valeur,
- L'architecture et l'urbanisation des solutions,
- Les feuilles de route des fournisseurs,
- Les budgets/ investissements prioritaires,
- Les modèles opératoires IS&T (delivery and support),
- Gestion de l'obsolescence du paysage applicatif de l’IS&T,
- La compatibilité avec le référentiel technique et de sécurité, et l’alignement avec la feuille de route de l'infrastructure et de la sécurité de l’IS&T Alstom.
- Anticiper de manière proactive l'évolution des solutions pour servir la transformation des processus d'Alstom, grâce à des analyses comparatives internes et externes régulières et à une veille du marché.
- Mener des pré-études, fournir des schémas de high level design et soutenir l'exécution des projets IS&T.
- Recueillir et gérer les demandes des processus Métiers
- Promouvoir le Core Model d'Alstom, en dirigeant son évolution et en assurant sa cohérence.
- Soutenir les équipes opérationnelles sur les incidents critiques
- Soutenir le déploiement, en s'assurant que le Core Model est appliqué.

Les défis majeurs pour les prochaines années, sur ce périmètre, seront multiples et structurants pour Alstom:

- Programme de transformation PLM
- Projet d'intégration de Bombardier Transport
- Continuité digitale des processus d'ingénierie
- Accompagner l'adoption aux étapes suivantes en favorisant la réactivité des utilisateurs, la mobilité...
- Permettre l'agilité du Core Model, tout en assurant la robustesse des plateformes et des processus supportés,
- Etendre les processus au-delà de l'entreprise tout en garantissant la sécurité

**PROFIL**:

- Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur, vous avez plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans les solutions PLM, sur différents rôles (architecture métier/fonctionnelle, gestion de projet, déploiements de solutions, projets techniques )
- Vous avez une solide connaissance des processus métiers de l'Ingénierie concevant et fabriquant des produits complexes mêlant mécanique, électrique, logiciel,....
- Vous avez de solides connaissances et plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans les solutions d’ingénierie systèmes.
- Vous faites preuve d'une bonne communication et d’un fort leadership, d'efficacité et de capacité d'exécution. Vous êtes orienté résultats et faites preuve de créativité.
- Vous avez travaillé sur des solutions Dassault Systemes - idéalement sur la plateforme DS 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais, vous êtes désireux de travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement international et de relever les défis du nouvel Alstom.
