Position dans l’organisation : Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique et fonctionnelle du Coordinateur de production de l’atelier concerné. Est le back-up du Coordinateur de production lors des ses absences pour le conducteur de ligne confirmé.
Rôle : Conduit de façon autonome un ensemble de machines de production, de l’approvisionnement au conditionnement en s’appuyant sur la réalisation des contrôles qualité.
Missions
- Assure la propreté et le rangement de son poste de travail.
- Applique les consignes et instructions de fabrication et de contrôles.
- Réalise les autocontrôles sur produit fini selon le plan qualité.
- Assure la traçabilité des produits et l’isolement des produits non conformes, documente les enregistrements de production.
- Contrôle et conditionne les fabrications des presses.
- Respecte les procédures d’utilisation des machines et process.
- Suit le planning et respecte les consignes de fabrication.
- Participe aux démarches de progrès dans l’atelier et peut être épisodiquement intégré aux groupes de travail.
- Prépare, démarre, alimente, règle, contrôle et conditionne les fabrications des presses.
- Connait les différents équipements industriels selon leurs spécificités et en cas de maintenance ou de pannes, l’opérateur suit les procédures de redémarrage.
- Emet les demandes d’intervention maintenance au niveau du coordinateur.
- Gère les rebuts avec SAP
- Teste la qualité du produit fini.

- Applique et veille au respect des règles de sécurité et environnementales pour lui-même et pour les autres.
- Respect des 6S dans ses zones de travail et participe à son déploiement.
Back-up
- Lors de ses absences, le remplacement du Conducteur de ligne se fait sous la responsabilité du responsable hiérarchique.

- Notions SAP
- Notions Pack Office
Niveau de formation requis
- Expérience dans la production de masse en équipe postée.
