**Le contexte**:
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Project Manager Intégration Digital pour intégrer l’équipe Finance Transformation Delivery EMEA pour l'un de nos comptes Luxe.
**Les missions**:
Le Digital Finance Integration Project Manager a plusieurs objectifs:
Participer à notre transformation digitale sur le ecommerce, l’omnicanal, et l’intégration des outils digitaux. S’assurer de la mise en place de 10+ macro-processus standardisés et hiérarchisés fournissant une vision end-to-end du métier.
Vérifier que les attentes liées à la Transformation Financière soient applicables sur les différents domaines et sur chaque étape de l’implémentation. Le flux de document défini dans SAP et mesuré au cours des différentes phases projet doit retranscrire une intégration complète de la commande aux intégration financières au travers d’opérations métier complètes « end-to-end ».
Travailler avec le Finance Transformation Delivery Lead sur une conception pérenne qui puisse fonctionner au-delà de la mise en place de SAP.
Supporter la mise en œuvre d’indicateurs de suivi et de performance afin de mesurer la satisfaction client avec en cible l’utilisation de 4 à 6 indicateurs clefs dont 80% minimum doivent être mis en place dans la BI.
Déployer les formations et procédures utilisateurs dans le cadre de la « Finance Academy » permettant l’adoption des processus financiers cibles. Gérer les compétences et les connaissances en visant 80% de formation des équipes concernées.
