WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Workplace Specialist.

The role will be responsible for contributing to the Workplace, Car Fleet & Travel Services transformation and being accountable for the day to day delivery of those activities in line with established service levels and service line strategy.

The services scope of this role includes activities across the Workplace & Travel Services areas: Facility Management, Real Estate, Travel, Fleet Management, Sustainability and Digitalization initiatives.

The role reports to the Workplace Services Delivery Manager France and is part of the European Uni-Ops People Experience organization.

The role is based in Rueil-Malmaison.

WHAT YOU´LL DO:

- Accountable for the day-to-day site FM service delivery in line with established service levels and KPIs whether provided by a third party or by Unilever WPS team.
- Supervision and optimization of Fleet activities (suppliers, processes, drivers).
- Collaboration management: Management of key suppliers and various 3rd party suppliers
- Resolution of performance and service quality issues
- Delivery of innovations and projects aimed at improving cost and service
- Timely and accurate performance reporting of both services and financials.
- Evaluate operations and propose improvements as appropriate
- Assist in evaluating various supplier proposals and recommendations
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and participate in established and agreed governance structure
- Conduct site business relationship management
- Support regional WPS initiatives and programs
- Drive sustainability agenda in the office
- Drive and adhere to the Safety & Security culture and standards in Workplace Services
- Workplace digitalization to improve employee experience

WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Extensive experience in Facilities Management and Car Fleet (at least 5 years) preferably in a corporate office environment.;
- Proficiency with Windows and MS Office, high level of Excel
- Capability to implement FM local and regional programs and initiatives;
- Strong supervisory skills;
- Ability to establish relationship externally and internally in a multi-cultural environment
- Have financial basic understanding
- Fluent in English
- Technical or Engineering background;
- Can work independently, and good organizational skills
- Team Player, Good Communication Skills, Customer Oriented
- Curious and comfortable with tech and digital
