***Product Specialist**

**Main accountabilities**:
Analyze client needs and transforms them into tasks in order to fulfill project(s)/contract(s)/CR’s
Configure and customize product modules in order to fulfill specified requirements
Install and migrate software systems, install and configure moderately complex product modules in order to meet client requirement and improve the system performance;
Test assigned tasks in order to ensure quality control of the product modules
Develop and program moderately complex programming modules in order to fulfil requirements according to the specification and project plan/estimated time;
Elaborate and continuously update documentation for the software product modules in order to comply with customers’ requirements as defined in project(s)/contract(s)/CR’s and ensure internal knowledge sharing and available documentation for internal use within the team/ business line;
Prepare training curriculums and corresponding documentation, train customers regarding new functions or modules;
Timely and accurately follow all relevant working procedures, in particular reporting, time tracking, project planning, information sharing, to ensure work is performed according to agreed standards and expectations, resource planning and specific KPIs.

**About you**

**Experience**
- relevant experience in Banking or financial area

**Skills and knowledge**
- SQL knowledge
- Solid business knowledge within banking and finance area, understanding of banking processes and flows

**Education**
- Bachelor/Master - Technical University; Finance and Economy
