MISSION
Within Logistics department, you follow up on Logistic budget enforcement and get involved in costs audit, costs reduction analysis and follow up of action plan, monthly reporting
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
**OPEX monitoring**:
- Identify and analyse costs drifts through OPEX periodic reporting or spot audit request
- alert management, define an action plan for costs optimization together with Logistics team and follow up on the implementation
- Prepare and process storage cost reporting
- Retrieve and perform SIPA analysis for MT repo cost follow up
- Monitor through use of Logistics tools: GAIA, Qliksense log dashboard etc
**Costs saving actions**:
- Follow up on cost savings initiatives by engaging with actions’ owners in RO/local countries,
- Support in promoting best practices across agencies
**PROFILE**:
You are currently enrolled in a Finance, Logistic or transport Master.
English fluent and Excel skills
You are problem-solving oriented, good writing and synthesis aptitudes, autonomous with interpersonal skills.
