**Description du poste**
Rattaché(e) à notre Head of Growth, votre rôle en tant que Ads Traffic Manager, est de participer activement au développement et à la construction du département Growth Marketing en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble de l'équipe marketing.
**Les missions**
- Stratégie d'Acquisition et de Rétention : Contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies d'acquisition et rétention digitales en alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Campagnes d’Acquisition Payantes : Implémenter, gérer et optimiser les campagnes en ligne (SEA, display, affiliation, Meta ads, etc.) pour nos différents marchés. Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’acquisition de trafic qualifié. Piloter le budget d’acquisition et assurer un ROI optimal.
- Analyser la performance des leviers digitaux (Search, shopping, PMAX ) et leur impact sur la transformation
- Suivre des KPI et faire des recommandations sur l’amélioration de la rentabilité des initiatives marketing et optimiser le parcours utilisateurs
- Growth Hacking : Explorer des opportunités de growth hacking pour optimiser la génération de leads, par le biais de tests et d’itérations rapides.
- Veille Concurrentielle : Surveiller les activités marketing des concurrents et analyser leurs performances digitales. Utiliser ces informations pour ajuster la stratégie d'acquisition et rester compétitif sur le marché.
**Profil recherché** Expérience**: Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5, vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle en tant que growth / marketing digital dans un environnement à forte croissance.
**Savoir-être**: Vous êtes agile, doté(e) de bonnes capacités analytiques, orienté(e) solutions et résultats. Vous possèdez une facilité à "prendre de la hauteur", vous aimez preter attention aux détails. Enfin vous disposez de bonnes capacité de synthèse et rédactionnelles.**Savoir-faire**:
- Maîtrise des techniques et outils d’acquisition et de génération de leads
- Capacité à interpréter les données analytiques et à prendre des décisions basées sur les insights en lien avec le responsable de pôle SEO / marketing automation- Excellente compréhension des concepts de SEM (Search Engine Marketing) et des principes de la publicité payante.
Un anglais professionnel est apprécié.
