Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from **Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.**

We are looking for a **System administrator (Application support engineer)**.**

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Diagnose and resolve incidents (2nd line support), performance issues, and other technical challenges;
- Maintain up-to-date information about system components and dependencies in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
- Propose and actively participate in modernization, upgrades, or migrations to enhance system performance;
- Prepare statistical reports from **JIRA**, controlling the adherence to SLA targets;
- Be responsible for monitoring system triggers and handling noisy alerts effectively.

**We expect from you**:

- Experience with system logs and in-depth analysis (we use **ELK** stack);
- Strong proficiency in **SQL**, with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis;
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., **Git**, **GitLab**);
- Solid understanding of **APIs** and integration methods;
- Experience with performance monitoring and logging tools like **Prometheus** and **Grafana;**:

- Familiarity with main DevOps practices and tools (e.g., **GitLab**, **Jenkins**, **Docker**);
- Experience in creating operational documentation, including architecture diagrams and service interaction documentation;
- Basic understanding of programming languages and the ability to read **C#** code;
- Familiarity with enterprise-level IT systems, databases, networks, and cloud technologies;
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and suggest solutions for architectural challenges.
