Vous encadrez et motivez l’équipe Drive au service du développement du e-commerce du magasin.

Vous êtes garant d’une bonne ambiance de travail et du respect des règles sociales et de sécurité.

Vous êtes force de proposition pour optimiser l’organisation et la gestion de l’activité e-commerce : vous fixez les objectifs commerciaux en fonction de votre connaissance du marché local.

En collaboration avec la direction du magasin, vous assurez la performance économique de votre activité dans une démarche d'amélioration continue.

Vous êtes également garant de votre compte d’exploitation (chiffre d’affaires, marges).

Vous veillez en permanence à la bonne tenue de l'ensemble du service Drive en participant à l’organisation de son implantation, à la planification du travail, au suivi des commandes et des opérations commerciales.

Vous assurez en permanence le bon suivi du site internet en matière de prix et de gestion des stocks.

Votre vision du commerce digital et votre sens aigu de la relation client sont des atouts clés pour faire rayonner le service drive sur notre zone de chalandise.

Votre implication et votre sens du management vous permettent de fédérer vos collaborateurs autour d’objectifs stimulants et des valeurs humaines qui font notre différence, comme la liberté d’expression, l’ouverture d’esprit ou la bienveillance au travail.

Organisé et réactif, vous êtes toujours en quête d’amélioration afin de garantir la satisfaction de votre clientèle, et celle de votre équipe

Vous disposez impérativement d’une expérience similaire ou d’adjoint.
