**Nous recherchons actuellement un.e Clinical Team Leader - Biosense Webster H/F en CDI**
**Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible et est basé soit à Reims, soit à Nancy.**
**Les départements concernés sont 51, 10, 54, 57, **des déplacements Region Nord Est et France entière sont à prévoir.**

**MISSIONS**
- Suivi des KOL et clients clés, en collaboration avec les commerciaux
Interactions avec le Marketing
**TACHES PRINCIPALES**
- Participation au recrutement des IA de sa région en collaboration avec le DR
- Responsable hiérarchique des IA de sa région
**Formation et développement des compétences des IA de son secteur**:
- Responsable de la formation continue des IA
- Responsable de l’intégration des nouveaux entrants
- Mise en place de certifications, en collaboration avec marketing
**Concernant les clients et KOL de sa région**:
- Connaissance des Clients de sa région et suivi des projets cliniques
- Présentation Roadshow chez les clients
- Accompagnement à l’ouverture d’un centre
**Qualifications**:
**PROFIL ET COMPETENCES**
- Formation scientifique BAC+5
- Expérience en électrophysiologie de type support clinique senior
- Pédagogie : Savoir expliquer simplement des sujets techniques complexes et aimer transmettre
- Leadership
- Management motivationnel
- Capacité à initier et conduire des projets
- Esprit d’équipe et fédérateur
- Gestion de la complexité
- Rigueur, autonomie, capacités d’adaptation
- Excellente organisation de travail
- Bon niveau d’anglais
