Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) expert(e) dans l'amélioration de la performance industrielle et la gestion de crise fournisseur pour accompagner notre client, acteur majeur de l'industrie aéronautique.

Intégré(e) sur le site de notre client, vous aurez à conduire:

- Des plans de rattrapage (recovery plan) : diagnostic de la situation de crise, constitution et pilotage de la war room, mise en place des outils de suivi de la production, analyse des causes racines, support au fournisseur dans la priorisation, établissement du plan d'action curatif, correctif et préventif, communication entre le client et le fournisseur.
- Des plans d'amélioration fournisseur : évaluation / diagnostic des performances industrielles, diagnostic organisationnel et opérationnel, analyse des flux, analyse de la valeur, analyse des gaspillages, détermination des forces et faiblesses, mise en place de plan d'amélioration.

De nombreux déplacements chez les fournisseurs en France et à l'étranger seront à prévoir.

Issu(e) d'une formation ingénieur Bac +5) vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans les activités industrielles, idéalement acquise dans le secteur aéronautique dans un poste Qualité, ou audit/accompagnement.

Vous avez impérativement une maîtrise des exigences et outils qualité, et avez déjà géré des situations de crise et des plans d'amélioration chez les fournisseurs.

Vous êtes autonome, persuasif et êtes doté(e) d'une bonne capacité d'écoute.
