**Mission**:
Contexte du poste : L’I-SITE "**Lorraine Université Excellence**" (LUE) développe une approche générale d’ingénierie systémique pour relever plusieurs grands défis socio-économiques. SIRIUS, projet institutionnel du site, contribue à cette stratégie et associe l’**Université de Lorraine, CHRU, CNRS, INRAe, INSERM, INRIA, AgroParisTech, Georgia Tech Lorraine. **Il vise à renforcer et élargir sa stratégie d’innovation et à améliorer l’impact social et économique du site Lorrain, plus particulièrement sur les territoires lorrains.

Le projet Sirius vise à développer une stratégie d’innovation globale co-portée par les membres de LUE, avec pour objectif d’améliorer significativement son impact social et économique. Sirius conforte les dispositifs déjà opérationnels et élargit ses publics cibles à l’ensemble des acteurs de l’innovation (université, entreprises, collectivités, citoyens).

Missions : Rattaché.e hiérarchiquement au responsable de la cellule opérationnelle LUE, vous êtes responsable du lien fonctionnel avec le,la chargé-e de mission Sirius, responsable politique du projet. Responsable politique de SIRIUS pour l'opérationnalisation du projet, vous assurez un pilotage opérationnel du projet et des relations partenariales. Vous veillez à la bonne exécution du projet suivant les calendriers et budgets prévisionnels des actions, animez les relations partenariales et rapportez régulièrement des avancées devant l'instance de pilotage et auprès des financeurs.

Activités:

- Coordonner avec la responsable scientifique du projet SIRIUS et proposer d'éventuels aménagements, changements
- Assurer la bonne gestion administrative et financière du projet avec l'appui des services compétents de l'Université de Lorraine et des laboratoires impliqués
- Être en appui de l'ensemble des acteurs du projet pour assurer une exécution au plus près des engagements pris, notamment en termes de calendrier
- Piloter la contractualisation de ces projets en s'appuyant sur les services adaptés
- Animer la communauté des partenaires du projet
- Assurer le reporting régulier du projet auprès des instances de pilotage du projet et de LUE et tenir à jour les indicateurs
- Assurer la coordination et le pilotage de l’évaluation des actions mises en place dans le cadre du programme en lien avec la DAPEQ.

CDD à compter du 21 février jusqu'au 31 décembre 2024, renouvelable.

**Profil**:
Vous avez une bonne connaissance du monde universitaire, de la recherche et de la formation et de l'environnement socio-économique de l'Université. Vous êtes en capacité de piloter des projets complexes. Vous avez des compétences d'animation de groupe, une très bonne expression écrite et orale en Français et en Anglais. Vous maitrisez les outils numériques classiques.

Doté.e d'un excellent relationnel, vous faites preuve d'une grande ouverture d'esprit, d'une très grande rigueur et d'organisation.

Formation : Bac+3 à Bac+5, scientifique de préférence.
